Can I pre-pay for my cremation?

Do I have to buy an urn?
Not at all, a simple urn receptacle is provided by our crematorium for your convenience however, should you wish to purchase an urn please consult with one of our staff.

Can my cremated remains be co-mingled with someone else’s?
Yes they may, make your wishes known at the time of need or during pre-arranging.

Do you have cremation jewelry available?
Yes we do, we have the ability to take a finger print of your loved one where it can be digitally etched onto most pieces of jewellery. We will provide you with a colour catalogue and your own personal pin code so you may shop online from home to Eternity’s Touch. www.eternitystouch.com

What is a Memorial Service/Celebration of Life?
A Memorial Service/Celebration of Life allows family and friends to pay final tribute to a loved one. Following the Memorial Service or Celebration of Life the urn is usually placed to rest at its final resting place, be it in-ground interment or in a columbarium niche.

Can I personalize my service?
More people are opting for non-traditional personalized services. There is no one way to celebrate somebody’s life. We have guest books and memorial cards available upon request.

Do I need to have an obituary notice?
You don’t have to, but should you wish, we can assist with the composition of the notice and place the notice into the newspapers of your choice.

What if the death occurs in the middle of the night or on the weekend?
We are here to help. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What if a death occurs away from my home town?
We will make the appropriate arrangements to have your loved one brought into our care.
