Obituary of Patti-Anne Weir

Patti-Anne Weir, 55, of London, Ontario passed away on November 5th, 2019 at home with her family by her side. Predeceased by her parents Carole Lamonte, Gerald Robilliard, and brother Teddy Robilliard. Patti was a Personal Support Worker with St. Elizabeth Health Care, VON, and previously worked at Chelsey Park Long Term Care for seventeen years. She is survived by her spouse and best friend Kathy Weir. Loving mother to Camron Doucette (Amanda), Trevor Doucette, and Sarah Doucette-Snow. Devoted Step mother to Brandon Weir and Tyler Weir. Fondly remembered by Aunt Beth McKinlay (Bob), and numerous family and friends. Our family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at St. Elizabeth Health Care and VON for your compassion and care of Patti, especially Rina Boyles, Mindy Ireland, Reynante Trinidad, and Holly Abrams Paramed Nurse. Patti will be greatly missed and forever remembered. Visitors will be received at the Parish of Holy Trinity St. Stephens Memorial London, 727 Southdale Road East, on Monday, November 18th from 3 pm-4 pm.  A Celebration of Patti’s life will begin at 4 pm with a Reception to follow. Private family internment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
