Obituary of Norman Clifford Beddoe

OBITUARY OF NORMAN CLIFFORD BEDDOE With grateful and loving hearts for the life of Norman Clifford Beddoe (June 1939 to January 2020), we mourn his death. Last June, celebrations were held for Norm’s 80th birthday and his 55th wedding anniversary to Alice (Heinsohn) Beddoe. Their marriage was blessed with two children: Steven Beddoe (Daisy Gatdula) and Shauna Harper (Jasen). Norm enjoyed many activities with his granddaughters: Mckenna Harper and Dana Beddoe. Norm was born in Hanover, Ontario, to Frank and Leita (Juergens) Beddoe. He was predeceased by his brother Bernard and sister Enid. He is fondly remembered by Alice’s six siblings and their spouses, nieces, nephews, former students, and many friends. Norm enjoyed his career as a designer and professor at Fanshawe College. His interests included art, cooking, golf, music, movies, photography, and family time. He was a member of Riverside United Church. A visitation will be held at Riverside United Church, 695 Riverside Drive, London on Saturday, February 15th from 1-2 p.m. where a Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. with a reception to follow.
