Obituary of Betty Marguerite Walton

Betty Marguerite Walton (nee Sykes) Peacefully, at Earl's Court Village, on May 23, 2020, Betty Marguerite made her graceful exit, from this life in her 95th year. Betty was an employee of high regard for the Ministry of Community and Social Services, and the Ministry of Health and LongTerm Care in London, Ont. She was an active member of the Church of the Ascension, London. As a lover of the Arts, Betty enjoyed attending many orchestral concerts at Centennial Hall and performances at the Grand Theatre. She was an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Blue Jays and Argonauts, and would enjoy watching various Basketball teams, reminiscing about her time on the H.B. Beal Girl's Basketball Team. She will be sadly missed by her 3 children: Linda (David), Clyde (Rose) and Will (Heather), her 7 grandchildren: Emily, Alison (Charles), Jason (Katie), Sarah, Genevieve (Rick), Peyton and Bailey, and her 3 great-grandchildren: Andrew, Katelin and Scarlett. Pre-deceased by her parents George and Orpha Sykes, siblings George Jr., Irene and Hazel and an infant son, Craig.
