Obituary of Joan Roddick

Joan Roddick (nee Murray) passed away on Wednesday May 27,2020 at Grand Wood Park, a month before her 97th birthday Predeceased by her husband Arthur (2006). Joan, predeceased by sisters Jessie, Kitty, Kay, Dollina and Margaret and brothers John, Norman, Alex, Angus, and Donald is survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in North Uist, Outer Hebrides, Scotland on June 24, 1923, Joan came to Canada as a young child when the Murray family settled here in London Ontario. We wish to thank Dr. Frank Fodesemi for the years of care he provided. We also wish to express our appreciation to the staff at Grand Wood Park. The care and attention provided by all the staff members during these trying times was truly remarkable. Inurnment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery will take place at a later date.
