Obituary of Barbara Jane Chute

Peacefully at Chelsey Park Nursing Home on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, Barbara Jane Chute, 93. Barbara’s greatest achievements were her kids and grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Byron Chute (2011). Devoted mother of sons David and Alan (Cheryl) and daughter Karen. Loving grandmother of Curtis, Michael, Matthew and Kim. Barabara was born in Port Medway, Nova Scotia and spent every summer there with family and friends. Predeceased by sisters Geraldine, Doris, Jean, Vida and Shirley and brother Carmen. Barbara will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and families. We would like to extend a huge thanks to all of the neighbours on Gordon Avenue in London for all the assistance they gave to Barbara when she needed it most during her time with Alzheimers. A private family service will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. Donations can be made at the Alzheimer’s Society.
