Dear Josh, Tim, Michelle, & Family, I don’t have words to express how sorry I am to hear of your loss. My heart breaks for you, as it does all of those who have been blessed with knowing Courtney. She is, was, and always will be truly one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever known—in mind, body and soul. An amazing friend throughout the decades. A champion; not just in and of herself, but for all those she cared about. I will always remember her with love and kindness, because that’s what she radiated. A light that shines as bright as Courtney never goes out. May God bless you and keep you well.

I have the best childhood memories with Courtney of having purses full of change at the arena, going to my first concert, playing Barbie’s on George street and so much more. Thinking of you all. Dear Courtney, I know we haven't spoken in a long time, so I figured this was a good time for a heart to heart. You weren't here for a long time, but maybe that was just God's plan for you. You were a teacher. You taught Tim how to be a better Dad, you taught Michelle how to be a better Mom. Then you taught Josh how to a great big brother. Your cousins always saw the brilliant star shining from within your soul, so did your friends. You left us way too early, yes, but you did leave us better people for having known you.
