Loving mother of Melissa Basiuk (Lonnie), Melaney Raheb (Joseph) and Mark Dark (Luanda). Cherished Nanny of Christine (Marc), Jesse and Cody. Pat had a very outgoing personality and a great sense of humour, she was most passionate about all animals. At her request cremation and interment have taken place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery (London). Donations to the London Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
