Obituary of Maurice Edward Nichols

Maurice Nichols Maurice Nichols died peacefully November 30, 2022, while holding the hand of his loving wife of 38 years, Phyllis Robertson. Maurice was a good man. He is remembered for his brilliant, analytical mind and his deep love for poetry and literature. Born on April 11, 1947 to Samuel and Frances Nichols, Maurice was the youngest of five siblings. He is predeceased by both his parents, his eldest brother Fred, and his dear brother Barry. He is survived by his loving sister Bernice and his brother Nelson. His engaging personality, his fierce compassion, and his ability to recognize the poetry within all people, helped colour the lives of all the souls he touched. Maurice loved and honoured his many in-laws, and his many in-laws loved him like the true brother he was. Uncle Moe's many nephews and nieces, and their families will miss him deeply, but will profoundly remember him. A Celebration of Life in memory of Maurice will be held on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Chapel, 303 Riverside Drive, London, Ontario.
