In his younger years Bill was an avid golfer and apparently was hard to beat! He also enjoyed dancing, camping, and fishing. He always referred to himself as a “woodsman” as he loved to be outdoors. Bill also loved spending time at the family cottage and enjoyed a campfire and the comradery of all his Ipperwash friends. He is survived by his wife Veronica Kechego; and their sons, Tyler and Wyatt (Shelby); and grandson Levi. Also remembered by his children: Jeff Barrett (Moniquie), Tracy Frezell (Steve Wilson), Jennifer Rice and Janis Green (Dave). Grandfather to Samantha & Adam Barrett; Luke Frezell (Brandy) and their daughter Delilah; Joshua & Mike Wilson; Amanda Rice and her son Liam; Chris Green and Susan Alexander. Our family would like to thank all of the wonderful staff at the Emergency Department at University Hospital. We would also like to thank all of the staff at Victoria Hospital on the Thoracic Unit, as well as Dr. Dulay on the SAMU unit, and the Palliative Care Unit. We appreciate all of the care and kindness our father and family received from everyone throughout this difficult time.
