He will be missed by Uncle Stewart Langille, Aunt Phylis McGee, of Woodstock and many close cousins. In his 83rd year, Garry was either at the gym working out, reviewing the latest research on health and natural vitamin supplements, enjoying a good book or sharing a few drinks with friends at the army navy. He was loved by many, known to his friends as Goomba, Handy Andy, or Doctor Anderson, Papa, and Grandpa Garry to his grandchildren. Garry loved his friends and family fiercely, he was strong, intelligent, and caring with a big heart. He was always there to help a friend in need and never missed a birthday, anniversary, or celebration, you could be confident there was always a card in the mail. Our hearts are broken, and we will miss him dearly. Cremation has taken place. He will be interred at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a private ceremony with his immediate family. A Celebration of Life will be arranged at a date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or CNIB. Online condolences may be shared with the family on Gary's Tribute Wall at www.mpcemetery.ca
