Obituary of Marilyn Grace Harris

“Ever Remembered Ever Loved” On Monday May 13, 2024. Marilyn Harris in her 90th year passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Brian Harvey Watters (1968) and the late Ronald George Harris (2002). Cherished and devoted mother to Mike Watters of Parkhill, the late Kimberly Ann Watters (1972), Kara (Bill) Machuk of London and Mark (Cauline) Watters. Sister Judy (George) Phillips of London. Sister in law of Candice Geddes of Bracebridge. Pre-deceased by her brother Grant Geddes (2023) and by her parents Donald McBride Geddes (1990) and Marjorie Edith Geddes (1998). Loving Grandmother to Kyle Watters, Tawnya (Clayton) Neilands, Cody and Shelby Machuk all of London and Paula, Brandy and Dustin. Great Grandma to Kayla, Jack and Luke. A special carrying thought to Laurie Edwards (Watters). Special times and outings with longtime friend Shirley Whitney. Special thanks to the staff at Ashwood Manor for the time Marilyn lived there and thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care team at Victoria Hospital for making her final days the best they could be. Cremation has taken place and interment of cremated remains will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery graveside for immediate family on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 1:00 pm with Rev Frank Staples of the Colborne Street United Church officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Diabetes Association in Marilyn’s name or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
