Obituary
Obituary of Joan Marion O'Brien
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sister Joan O'Brien (nee Currie) on June 14th. She is survived by her husband, Kerry O'Brien; her son Christopher and daughter-in-law Cindy, granddaughters Ella and Kayla, who she adored; her sisters Sharon (Graham), Janet (Rob), Kelli (Jim) and 'adopted' sister Gail.
Predeceased by per parents George and Reva Currie and sister Wendy. Survived by many loving nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Joan was the 'life of the party', we will miss her vivacious personality!
There will be a 'Celebration of Life' for Joan at Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 501 (7097 Kilbourne Road, London, ON N6P 1K5) on Sunday July 21st from 1:00 -4:00 p.m.
Note: there is construction and you can't access the Legion from Colonel Talbot Road, you have to turn East off of Longwoods Rd. to Kilbourne Rd.
Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers 'do an act of kindness for someone'.
RIP in 'Delta Dawn' - we are going to miss you so much.
