Obituary of Barbara Ruth Meers

BARBARA RUTH MEERS (nee Saxton) With our deepest sadness we regret to announce that Barbara R. Meers of London and the Niagara Peninsula, peacefully passed away at home on Friday July 5, 2024 due to the complication of a stroke. Barbara was married to the love of her life Robert (Bud) for 67 wonderful years. She was kind, generous, a wonderful Mother, sister and friend, throughout her life. She leaves behind her devoted husband Bud, their sons Lawn Meers and his wife Liz, Brad Meers and his wife Tina. Grandmother and Great Grandmother of many beautiful children whom she adored. Her sister Dianna and Ken Judge and all the nieces and nephews of the Saxton and Meers families. At her request, cremation has taken place and interment will occur at a later date.
