Dear cousin’s Rose and Theresa, we are so sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of your, Dad, Uncle Joe from my younger years. Your Dad’s sense of humour was legendary. Whenever I had the opportunity to see him when we came down to London to visit the family you could always count on a steady stream of laughs with your dad. Uncle Joe was a consistent source of entertainment. The obituary picture completely captures his joking personality. As teens, I remember visiting one of the cottages in Grand Bend with cousin Dave and your dad pranking us by having us go into a storage area and someone hiding and jumping out of a coffin like box, scaring the living daylights out of us. Other random memories that come to mind with your Dad, the house on Southdale/Pond Mills, the variety store, karaoke, cigars and him driving Cadillacs. Finally, I remember as a young kid, going around with my mom and meeting people for the first time and people would routinely ask where did I get the Red Hair from? I would innocently answer “My Uncle Joe”. Rest in peace Uncle Joe. Cousin Greg and Jordie and Ryan Thomson
