Agnes Verhoeven posted a condolence

My condolences to Darlene’s family. She was so proud whenever she talked about them. I met Darlene through the Red Hat Society and was a great role model for me. She was instrumental in my return to faith as she spoke so highly of FCCC that she attended, and subsequently I joined her there. Darlene was supportive to me when I went through a personal struggle, and for that I was grateful.
Darlene, till we meet again.

Jenn, Justin, Brooklyn, & Megan our sincere condolences to you all at this difficult time. Darlene was an exceptional lady with an infectious sense of humour, so kind, caring, giving and gentle. As a Mom, Mother in law, and Gramma I know you all agree she was so devoted to all those roles in her life. She had a way of touching everyone she met including myself and Fred. She was a true friend to us and highly respected. She will be truly missed. Joyce & Fred Cuttell

Darlene. So many fond memories come to mind. All the good times at Long Point with our cousins. The great parties our Mom had for us when we were teenagers. As we grew older and had children we could always lean on each other for guidance and reassurance. In later years I enjoyed our 10 minute conversations that turned into an hour reminiscing about the good times we shared. You will be missed Sis. Love always your brother Dennis.
