Obituary of Carolyn Ruth Scatterty

Carolyn Ruth Scatterty 1932 – 2024 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carolyn Scatterty on May 21, 2024. She will be remembered with much love by daughters Cathy Lou Scatterty (Ken Adams), Patsy McKenzie (Jim), and son Jamie Scatterty. Dear grandmother of Jason, Alison, & Brandon. Sadly missed by close friends Margaret Veale and Doreen Long. Predeceased by parents Warren and Erma Hendershot of Harrow Ontario, brother Charles Hendershot, and sister Eleanor Mackenzie. Carolyn was a Grace Hospital (Windsor) grad who touched many lives with a nursing career of over 30 years. The family would like to thank the staff at Sprucedale Care Centre (Strathroy) for their kindness and caring support over the past 11 years. A private family service will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London. Those wishing to make a donation are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society – Research.
